Brotherhood comes with a few rules.

Who can use the platform

Membership is reserved for verified members of the Mfantsipim School Class of 2016 (MOBA 2016). The Executive Board determines verification, primarily by matching your sign-in email against the year-group roster. If your sign-in email doesn't match, the General Secretary will verify you manually before granting full member-portal access.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for your account. Keep your email and any 2FA factors secure. The sign-in link in your inbox is a key to your account — don't forward it.
• One account per member. Don't impersonate another old boy. Don't create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• The Board can suspend access for conduct that brings the year group into disrepute, repeated misuse of member data, or other clear violations of these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the platform like the gentleman's club it is meant to be. Specifically:

• No mass-messaging, no commercial solicitation of fellow members.
• No uploading content that defames, harasses, or threatens another old boy or any third party.
• No attempts to bypass access controls, scrape data, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its operation.
• No uploading content that you don't have the right to share (someone else's photo without their consent, copyrighted material).
• Member-only data stays inside the year group. Phone numbers and emails are not to be republished publicly or shared outside MOBA 2016.

Contributions and dues

Dues and contributions are managed by the Treasurer. The official channel is the MoMo account shown on the Support page; the Board may add additional channels over time. Receipts will reflect verified payments. Voluntary contributions are non-refundable; if you believe a contribution was wrongly recorded, contact support@moba2016.com and the Treasurer will reconcile.

Memory Archive uploads

When you upload media to the Memory Archive you grant MOBA 2016 a non-exclusive right to display it on the platform with the visibility level you choose. You retain ownership. Any member tagged in a photo can request its removal at any time and the Board will honour that request promptly.

The platform itself

MOBA 2016 maintains the platform with care but it's a year-group project, not a commercial service with SLAs. Downtime can happen. Features change. We will give reasonable notice for material changes. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

Governing spirit

When in doubt, ask: would a brother of MOBA 2016 do this? If the answer is no, don't do it. The Executive Board has final discretion on matters not covered here.
